Birth has a way of changing everything — your body, your identity, your sense of preparedness, and the way you show up in the world. Birth BluePrint Hub was created because I believe no one should walk into that transformation feeling uninformed, unsupported, or unsure of their choices.

 

I’m the founder of Birth BluePrint Hub, a certified doula, childbirth educator, and NICU-informed lactation mother. But more importantly, I am someone who has spent years walking alongside families in moments that are tender, intense, and deeply formative. I’ve witnessed how preparation — real preparation — can shift fear into confidence and uncertainty into clarity.

 

My approach to birth education is inspired by the Montessori concept of the prepared adult. In Montessori education, we don’t rush children into independence — we prepare the environment, offer the right tools, and trust their capacity to grow. I believe birth deserves the same respect.

 

At Birth BluePrint Hub, education is not about memorizing information or striving for a “perfect” birth. It’s about becoming a prepared adult. Someone who understands their options, trusts their instincts, and feels equipped to navigate the unknown with intention and confidence.
